Metrics on programs

Metrics on partners are great, but comparing programs with each other is even better. We've added new metrics columns on programs and they are automatically computed by Kiflo.

All metrics available on partners are available on programs as well (number of submitted leads, number of registered deals, sum of won deals, etc).

Simply navigate to the Programs page and click Edit Columns to add metrics to your view.

Bulk update leads

Need to reassign a bunch of leads to a new channel manager? 

Use the new bulk update feature on leads to update many leads at once:

  • Go to the Leads page
  • Check the leads you want to edit
  • Click the Update button
  • Choose the property to edit and set the new value

Keeping track of potential partners you are actively prospecting on a new dedicated Kanban board:


Access the new page from the Partners top menu, then click on Prospection.

New metrics about Meetings

A new metric is added on partners and programs: 

  • Meetings done: Number of meetings done for the partner or program

And 2 new properties are added on partners, which are automatically filled in by Kiflo:

  • Last meeting date: Date of the last meeting done with the partner (excluding meetings with status canceled, rescheduled, or no show)
  • Next meeting date: Date of the next meeting (in the future) scheduled with the partner
