Workflows: new triggers

We've added two new triggers for workflows to help you automate partner management:

  • Prospection stage changed
  • Onboarding stage changed

It allows you send create a task for yourself when a partner prospect is won, or send a welcome email to the new partner when they start the onboarding process.

Worklows: send emails onbehalf of channel managers

Partners who receive emails will reply to them (what a surprise!). Thus, you need to make sure they reply to the right person, usually their channel manager!

We've improved the Send email step in workflows to let you send emails on behalf of the partner's owner (channel manager) set in Kiflo.
